From October 27th to 28th, Luo Yiping, a member of the Party Committee and vice president, visited joint institute of Qingdao Huanghai University and Weltec, and Hyde College, Ocean University of China to learn experience of operating and managing international cooperative schools.

    At the joint institute of Qingdao Huanghai University and Weltec, they received detailed introduction of the successful practices in application and construction, publicity to attract candidate students, financial management, faculty construction, etc. The two sides discussed the effective practice in school operation, the improvement of teaching conditions, the optimization of the wage system and other issues, and exchanged their ideas.

    Then, they went to Hyde College, Ocean University of China to study. As a mature international cooperative school, Hyde College has accumulated rich experience in staffing, internal management, English teaching and preparation for evaluation.

    This visit aims to help the school to carry out international cooperation. After the visit, the school will integrate and adapt the advanced experience of the two institutions based on reality, and gather resources through "exchange, promotion and integration" to promote cross-country cooperation to a new level.

    The relevant persons in charge of the Institute of International Education, the Finance Office, the Logistics and Infrastructure Office and the Admissions and Employment Office participated in this visit.
